Here are the important dates to remember for the LWAG :

• April 12^th May 3^rd, 2019: Deadline receipt of extended abstract

• May 3^rd May 24^th, 2019: Acceptance notification

• June 29^thJuly  26^th 12^th, 2019: Deadline receipt of conference paper

ONLINE REGISTRATION

 To register as a speaker or participant you need first to create an account by clicking on the top right button (login)

• July 12^th   26^th, 2019: End of early registration

• September 30^th, 2019: deadline for online registration

• Payment by CB only on October 8 and 9, 2019
