The principal aim of the DYMAT Association is to bring together engineers and scientists from all nations working in the fields of dynamic behaviour of materials with aspects such as experimental techniques, constitutive modeling, micro-structural effects, numerical simulations.
The National School of Arts and Textile Industries trains nearly 150 engineers each year to be the major players in the textiles of tomorrow: the sector of technical textiles, advanced materials, retail, fashion and luxury.
The GEMTEX research laboratory belongs to ENSAIT. Its activities are organized around three research themes and in strong interaction between each other. Each theme is headed by one or more professors or research scientists and dedicated to applied research for Textiles.
